St. Cecilia's has long had a Parish Council which collaborated with the pastor in developing the Parish Mission Statement and overseeing its implementation through various committees and organizations. We are also working to refocus our committees into ministry teams to continue the work of oversight and support of our areas of mission.
As a parish within the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis, St. Cecilia's is incorporated independently in the State of Minnesota as a non-profit corporation. Our pastor and two parish members who serve as Trustees (and as corporate secretary and treasurer) are members of our Board of Directors along with the representatives of the Archdiocese.
