St. Cecilia's has long had a Parish Council which collaborated with the pastor in developing the Parish Mission Statement and overseeing its implementation through various committees and organizations.  We have updated and simplified our parish structure with a smaller Parish Community Council.   We are also working to refocus our committees into ministry teams to continue the work of oversight and support of our areas of mission.

​​As a parish within the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis, St. Cecilia's is incorporated independently in the State of Minnesota as a non-profit corporation.  Our pastor and two parish members who serve as Trustees (and as corporate secretary and treasurer) are members of our Board of Directors along with the representatives of the Archdiocese.


Building Policy Update
The Parish Community Council recently completed updated the St Cecilia’s Building Use Policy. The draft of the updated policy is available for review below. Please send comments to Michelle Roman (PCC Chair) at mmromanski@yahoo.com by Sunday, May 6th.


Draft Facilities Use Guidelines and Agreement


The parish Finance Committee develops the parish budget and reviews adherence to it.  In managing all parish assets, there is a goal to create a sub-committee to oversee parish buildings and grounds.
