NET Ministries Lifeline

Lifeline is a teen program for grades 8-12 in the Archdiocese that meets the first Saturday of each month. This is a great opportunity to meet other teens, have fun and build your faith. This year's kick off is on October 7 th from 6:00pm-9:30pm. It is sure to be lots of fun and very energizing. Service Opportunities

We are a community minded parish. As such we volunteer our services to help others. I will schedule monthly service opportunities for youth to participate in and post those here. However, I know many of you will not be able to attend all of these days, so I have listed other opportunities you can pursue on your own. I think you will find some interesting options you did not realize existed.

Do you enjoy working with horses? Do you want to help physically and disabled youth? Then check out We Can Ride at www.wecanride.org .

Do you enjoy taking care of cats? Do you have a few free hours each week or once a month? Then check out Feline Rescue at http://www.felinerescue.org/ .

Always remember there are many service opportunities with in the parish as well. Have you thought about being a lector or alter server. Maybe you would like to share your musical talent. We have many opportunities right here; let me know what you are interested in and I will help you get started.

For a chance to search various service opportunities throughout the Twin Cities area check out www.volunteermatch.org . It is a great resource for one time projects or to find a group to volunteer with on an ongoing basis.
